Take a break whenever you want. Don't work without stopping.

It's scientifically proven that taking a 5/10 minutes break every two hours helps the brain to work better.

With this App you can set daily breaks, as many as you want, to improve your work performance.

A new icon will appear in the macOS Menu Bar which will display a menu to set your daily breaks.

A notification message (even with a voice) will notify you when it is time to take a coffee.

You can also use the Timer function with notification message.

1. Go to "System Preferences"

2. Click on "Users & Groups"

3. Select "Long Items"

4. Click on "+" button to add new item

5. Select "Take a Coffee" from application folder

6. Add "Take a Coffee"
